Shanoska Young
Shanoska is a Jamaican born soccer coach. She started her football career at the age of 16, playing for West Pines United U18. Played women’s soccer for 2 years at St. Thomas University, then her final 2 years at Nova Southeastern University where she graduated. She started coaching football in 2011.
Former coach of American Heritage High School Plantation, Fl, with Port Washington Soccer club and Jiggs academy in Long Island, New York and Current assistant coach at St. Thomas University.
She has played professionally in countries such as Israel, Croatia, and Brazil. She represented the Jamaica Women’s National Team starting in 2014, her last appearance was in 2018.
She finds youth soccer to be the cornerstone for the development of players and enjoys teaching the game.
