noah savage
Noah has been involved in the world of soccer ever since he could remember. Raised on the island of Jamaica and playing for his preparatory school, he was identified as a burgeoning talent and was handed the iconic number 10 jersey at the age of 11. His preferred position was striker and was always the go to player for goals. During his high school days, he played for the u13, u15 and u17 teams before heading on to university plying his trade for the University of the West Indies, Mona Knights. He went for trials at local Premier League club Harborview FC where he sustained his first major injury, a torn ACL which sidelined him for several months, derailing his career. A move to Florida a year later and a brief opportunity with FC Internaxionale revived the hope but unfortunately brought along another unfortunate series of injuries, sidelining him for a few months on and off.
Noah has since then continued to play in less demanding roles in different divisions of soccer, small-sided leagues and tournaments across the state along with Footvolley and Beach soccer as well. He is a well-rounded individual with a silky left foot and a crafty mind for skills while posing as an attacking threat on the field.
He received his first coaching license in 2016 and had been lending his experience coaching rec and travel soccer ever since. He was happy to call Weston Select his new family in 2022 and is continually seeking to improve upon coaching acumen in the years to follow. His passion and devotion for soccer along with his love for molding the minds of the youth within this wonderful sport will hopefully see him reach his goal of attaining a national pro license both within the states and Europe as well.
